Horrible experience

I've been going to Dr. Motisi for years and I absolutely love my high definition eyeglass. They take extremely good care of my families eyes.

Office got my order wrong and was rude and unprofessional about it. Never again.

I had been going to Eye Site for several years. Though the eye exams are thorough and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable, I continually have problems whenenever I place an order for lenses. Either they forget to place my order, there are issues with the company they order from, they get my order wrong, or they forget to call when my order comes in. It is been frustrating to the point that I am taking my business elsewhere.

I went to Dr. Motosi last year when my insurance changed and was very disappointed. He was unprofessional, pressured me to have my eyes dialated after I stated that I only needed the eye exam, and insulted me by claling me stubborn. Then his office assistant berated me for not knowing the fine details of my new policy. Then they incorrectly filed my insurance claim. Lenses cost twice what you can get them for online. Never again.

Very thorough eye exam. Dr Motisi has extra tests to see the back of the eye digitally for prevenative diagnosis for the future. He does a great hard contact fitting adn correctly all my eye vision problems.
