Karma

I have been to several salons where your opinion of what you want is just that ... an opinion. I was in New Haven on business and decided to try Karma, after reading a couple of raving reviews. I went in to see if I could setup an appointment in the next day or so. A very modern & relaxing environment greeted me. Jamie introduced himself and offered his assistance. After a quick chat and an offer of a drink I was introduced to Christie. Christie had a cancellation and was able to fit me in after her client. I sat enjoying a glass of wine until she was finished. We talked about the cut & highlights I wanted before anything was done. I was impressed when she took into account what I do to maintain my hair. Throughout the cut & coloring I felt like I had been apart of the styling decisions. My hair looked incredible when all was said and done. The cut, depth of color, and style was better than anything I thought my hair could do. I left an extremely satisfied customer. James-
