The cleaning job they did was fantastic. Everything leading up to it and after has been absolutely horrific.



They originally quoted me $95 for my cleaning I requested. I set up my appointment for 1:30-4:30 on a Saturday. A day before my appointment they call and tell me its $165. Ok, fine.



At 8:30 the morning of my appointment they call me NINE TIMES IN A ROW ON A SATURDAY. When I pick up the phone they tell me they are at my house. I explain my appointment was for later, but their English is broken at best and they don't understand me.



During their cleaning I catch one of the maids on her hands and knees on TOP of my counter. When I come back the next day to review the job they did (which was a great cleaning job, don't get me wrong), I see where they have cracked several tile on my countertop. I have gone rounds and rounds of emails with this company telling me they would fix it and of course trying to not take responsibility. I refer them to the owner of the home and wash my hands of it.



Today I am told that they are refusing to pay for the repair of the damage they created. Do not use this company or if you do please protect yourself and take photos of everything in your house as they will try to saddle you with repairs and run away with your money.



I also tipped them $20. Huge mistake.
