By mistake don't book a ticket with this travel agent. They will make your life miserable and extort money from you like a gun. Particularly, Mr. Kumar, who dose not know how to even write a complete sentence in English is running this travel agent and he is very unprofessional and deal with customer as if he is doing a big favor to you.
