Very rude customer service. Very unprofessional and spoke very unkindly. They put a huge sticker on your car that is huge and leaves residual if you try to get it off. There is no reason for that- they need stickers you can get off without hurting your car and taking hours to get off. I've accidently parked in other places before and have had strikers and papers on my car before and i understand it was my fault for not knowing I had to have a permit to park but to do all that to your car is excessive. Plenty of other companies have much better systems for enforcing the rules. Making your customers cry after speaking to you speaks to the way they treat there customers.
