Only gave 1 star because the system would not allow any less!!
The worst customer service EVER! Rude when answering just common questions, took us 5 phone calls to get the unit emptied. They finally sent a driver 6 days after the first request and the 5th phones call.
When the driver returned the empty dumpster he dropped in a hard to reach spot, when asked him to move it he moved it 2 feet from the original location to an even harder to reach spot.
When we called to cancel the services, the Customer Service Rep refused to give us a pick up date and abruptly hung up the phone.
I'm sure I will be even more displeased when the first invoice comes.
We were very pleased with the Quick response from Brian Cannon and his team at Waste Services. They delivered the container when they said and were very great to work with.
