The Housing Authority of the City of North Las Vegas provides a range of affordable housing opportunities. It administers the Section 8 Program, which provides rental assistance and assists clients in pursuing opportunities for economic self-sufficiency. The authority s Family Self-Sufficiency assists individuals and families to become economically independent and self-sufficient. Its Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program is designed to enable qualified families to purchase their own home using mortgage payments that are subsidized by the housing authority. The authority also supports families through case management, educational services, job training and workshops. It is located in North Las Vegas, Nev.
