        Overall

        We were very dissatisfied with this company. We were locked into a contract In which we had to plead with Brian pattie to get fulfilled. Additionally, they ended the season early. Terrible experience, will never recommend the pattie group.

        I have used The Pattie Group for years, several projects at several homes, and have worked with them in all facets: design & installation, landscape maintenance, irrigation and electrical needs. There has not once been a time where they were not responsive, knowledgeable, and treated me and my family with a true reverence. Their designs and landscape architectural work is functional, creative and beautiful and they have always captured our needs and desires wonderfully. Their install teams are loaded with exceptional craftsmen and and knowledgeable plants people who really know what they are doing and clearly take great pride in their work. Their maintenance group is equally as impressive. Once again knowledgeable, responsive and work hard to assure our yard is cared for not only properly by landscape standards but in a manner we prefer. We have direct access to all of our key contacts in a variety of ways and they continually provide great value. Prior to working with them I had heard they were expensive, but with first had knowledge of both them and the alternatives, this is truly a case of getting what you pay for. In fact there have been several times in which they saved me money by suggesting better alternatives, smarter ways to phase my projects in or better implimentation ideas. They are a pleasure to work with. Great people, great company.
