Puppy Love Pet Grooming

I took my pet to this addressed business for grooming. I thought great price, to good to be true. In my opinion it was to good to be true. Up on arrival, I found that the grooming shop is the back porch of the property owners residence. (no problem, there are home based businesses). Up on entering the establishment, it must of been garbage day, there were bags upon bags of debris, animal hair, animal droppings and etc., resting just outside the residence. After entering, I found inaddaquate drainage for the shampooing and washing of animals. I seen no means of proper sterlization for the equipment being used on all different types and breed of animals. The room itself was filthy and non-sterile, there was no visible posting of a business license, Has anyone asked if this owner is even insured to do business ? I mean, if you have your animal serviced there and later developes a life threatning illness due to neglect. Who's going to be held responsible ? Wise up People
