Dr hendersen was just a vet tec. When we met. Dr penrod was the originally the dvm then. My pit had contracted parvo. This usually kills dogs more often than not. The whole clinic and our extended family worked hard to keep hello alive and happy. Depression from not being home was very hard on him. Dr hendersen remembers him like her own. The love from all involved was amazing. He was 11 years old when he was put down for health issues. Since then every dog since then have gone to this clinic for care. We were there when the moved from 12th to 7th on wall in Ogden. My children have grown up bringing their pets here also. My dog Sophie now goes to Dr Henderson. I made a mistake and took her to a different clinic due to the fact that it was cheaper. I will never stray again. The love and support is worth the few extra dollars I pay for Brookside to keep her in top shape. I know the prices for all her appointment entails and work within our budget. Dont go somewhere else to save a few dollars. The health and price of mind for you and your pet deserves it.

I have been going to Brookside for ten years and love them all. They treat my animals like family. They have done nothing but good for me. It's the best place to take your animals.

Dr. Penrod was my 20 month old Toy Poodles Doctor, my pup had thrown up for three months in a row her heart worm preventive medicine. Dr. Penrod thought that my pup was allergic to the flavoring instead of testing her to see if she was allergic to Ivermectin, one of the ingredients in the Heart Worm medicine, she choose to have a compounding Pharmacy make a different Heart worm formula for my pup, I disagreed with her theory but she chose to ignore my thoughts. Dr. Penrod failed to tell me that the Compounding Pharmacy's are not FDA approved nor are they safe and effective. When i received the new medicine and gave it to my pup ( i will regret this forever) within 3 1/2 hours she went into Ivermectin Toxicity symptoms, she went blind, lost her being to stand, started having spasms and drooling, when i took her to Dr. Penrod she did not even know to give my pup charcoal to make her throw up, i transported my pup to a Specialized Veterinary Hospital in Salt Lake City, the next day we had to put my pup down as she was no longer responsive and was on a ventilator that was breathing for her. If you love your pets please do not ever take them to Dr. Penrod. She has broken my heart and taken away my most precious Friend!!!

I will only take my babies to BrookSide, They have gone above and beyond to help me with my little Goose. The care they gave him in surgery as well as keeping me updated was amazing. Thank you for all you ladies do! Sandy F

I have been taking a wide variety of pets to this clinic for many years. On many occassions, my vet, Dr. Jensen, has gone beyond the all of duty to help me research health care options for my animal children. I boarded my newly diabetic dog with Brookside and she received excellent care. I know when the care as been good because my babies are not frantic and are not that interested in leaving their new friends. A great bunch of vets.

I started taking my dogs there about 2 years ago and I have received great care from them. The price is decent for services. They have been very friendly and nice to me and my animals.

We had our pet spayed and requested that any baby teeth potentially causing problems be removed. After picking her up we noticed that one of the baby upper canines hadn't been extracted and the perm. tooth was pushing against it.We had to take her back and was charged to anesthetize her again even though it was THEIR mistake.When I returned to pick her up, her backside was soaked in urine and water, nobody even bothered towel drying her.Not only are they dishonest in their practice clearly they had no desire to treat my animal humanely.
