        Yes, I had to order my parts but every parts store I went to said I had to order. The difference was the other stores price range was $70-160 and Advance range was $13-180. Much bigger selection, from cheap aftermarket to OEM to high performance. I'll go back and I recommend them to my friends.

        Very bad customer service! Rude people!! They don't call you to let you know when the parts you ordered are in! Heck they can't even tell you when you will get your parts they told me 3 days and I didn't get them til 8 days later!!! WTH!!!!!

        I have a plain jane 1995 ford ...

        I have a plain jane 1995 ford Taurus GL. I have tried over 20 times to get parts at this location but have come up empty EVERY TIME! It's always, Hve to order it, have to special order it, at the central warehouse, or cannot get it. I ask this. . how can this place stay in business? I am not impressed with it at all. Have had better luck pulling my own teeth.
