I have used Dev Anand on several construction projects. He has built several buildings from the ground up as well as a few commercial renovations. He is the most honest and talented person in the construction business I have met. From his hard work, people skills and cutting edge designs I highly recommend Dev, Inc to anyone! He makes sure the job is done right the first time, and he is never behind schedule.

I am a dentist who had a bad experience with this company. I hired them to build a new office for me because they market a economical build out and promise low prices. The president Dev Anand and his in house architect Roger Claar have very little regard for customer care. They charged me nearly $25,000 for a floor plan and exterior sketch that are of no use to me. When I disputed, they threatened to sue me for over $250,000 of ANTICIPATED earnings. Hiring Dev Inc has been one of the most disappointing decisions I have made as a business owner. Beware of large fees, lack of communication, and possibility of getting sued. Do your research, lots of great builders and architects out there that will provide a great amount of preliminary work up front for free to earn your business.
