I'm very dissatisfied with the customer service! We purchased an engagement ring but when we went in 2 weeks later to look at bands were told it would be $5000 to have a band custom made because there was no band that matched my ring. This was not shared with us when we bought my engagement ring. Now, I'm stuck with a ring that we can't find a band for! Had that been told to us we would have gone with a different ring!
