Lam's Watch & Jewelry Repair

He has replaced watch batteries for us before and is always very nice. I read the negative review but I had no real problem understanding him either on the phone or in person. (In person was easier). He was very nice both times I've been there.

For many years I been experience such a difficulty to communicate with the owner of this business. And today I've got one more prove of that:

HE IS SO RUDE AND VERY DISHONEST PERSON!

I brought Bulova alarm clock to look at that and to give me an estimate in case of the repair. He just name me the price of more then $100.00 without even looking at that, completely refusing my request cause of wasting of his valuable time.

So, I just left with nothing.

No wonder why I already knew from many of his previous customers how Mr. Lam ripped them off with no regrets....
