Flooring
We are guests in your home and we intend to keep our work areas clean. At the end of our workday, we will either put our tools in a pre-determined area inside your home or return it to our on-site trailer. We clean up our trash and waste on a daily basis and spend extra time at the end of the job to perform a thorough clean. Plastic sheeting and drop cloths are used to keep your flooring, furniture, landscaping and other items clean.
Door Installation/Replacement
We also perform many aspects of interior painting and repairs. Ceiling texturing, drywall repair, cabinet finishing, trim and door replacement are just the start. From small projects to complete interior makeovers, one call is all it takes.
Drywalls
Drywall Repair: Whether it’s from water damage or careless children, repairing drywall is a difficult process to master. We can also handle most ceiling and wall texture projects. We can even replace your popcorn texture with the more popular knockdown texture.

New Construction
When replacing your existing windows with new construction style windows, we actually see your wall studs during the installation. The old window is removed, frame and all, unlike a replacement window. Again, these windows can be made from vinyl, fiberglass, wood and aluminum clad wood.

Window Installation/Replacement
Siding and windows were a natural progression for us. There are some cases where windows cannot be repaired with reliable results or the siding is just too far gone. We have many different siding and window manufacturers to choose from. This allows us to choose the RIGHT solution for your problem.
Gutters
Yes and no! Our painters, siding & window installers and carpenters are all employees. They are background checked, drug tested and have passed the E-VERIFY check. We do use reputable companies for guttering and garage door installation services.
Garage Door Repair/Replacement
Siding
We are licensed Class B Contractors in Johnson County. While much of the work we do doesn’t require a permit, some cities do require one for certain types of projects. For instance, some wood rot repairs in Leawood require a permit! Siding and window project may as well. In order for a permit to be pulled on these types of projects, a contractor must be licensed. Licenses are not just purchased; they must be EARNED and maintained!

Painting
With more than 16 years of exterior painting experience, our process has evolved and improved over the years. We know what works! Hiring college kids or other amateurs can actually cost you MORE money in the long run. Make sure your contractor shows proof of their insurance, including worker’s compensation. Will they be there to help you next year or the year after? Is their warranty in writing?
Carpentry
Brian is a lifelong Johnson County, KS resident. He and his wife live in Overland Park with their 4 children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing with the kids, ATV riding, boating and carpentry. He co-founded Paint Pro, Inc. in 1994 and currently handles all types of projects including: working with commercial and residential general contractors, siding, windows and all aspects of painting.
Insulation
Fiberglass? Like the insulation? Well, yes, but more like a Corvette! Windows made from fiberglass are much stronger than vinyl windows and feature thinner frames. Since both the frame and glass are made from glass, they expand and contract at the same rate, putting less pressure on the frames, eliminating possible warping issues. Heavy duty factory finishes are applied to the frame extrusions that allow for more exterior color choices.
Masonry
Caulking
Since we are a company that specializes in painting as well as siding, our crews are capable of putting a consistent and long lasting finish on your new siding. In addition to proper caulking, we apply 2 full finish coats to all new siding and trim. These aren’t just two thin coats of paint, they are two full strength coats. The coating looks thick and complete after the first coat, but we add another coat once the first has dried. Depending on the situation, most of the paint is sprayed on. We know we can apply more paint with a sprayer than can be reliably applied with a brush and roller. We’ve yet to experience a paint related failure on Fiber Cement siding.
