Pizza Hut

We ordered a pizza from this location at 7:40 p.m. The pizza was supposed to be here by 8:40 p.m. We gave it until 9:40. Gave the first call to let the store be aware that this was an hour late. We got the reply of the driver brought it back without reasoning of why he brought it back. But the delivery was going to be remade. Well another hour down and we call back this time and talk to same female manager she says that she will make sure it is out and that it has been made way out the door with a different driver by the name of John. Gave this 30 minutes to finally call back to let known about it and by now we are at about 11:07. She says he “John” should be pulling up any minute. Well 11:30 comes around I’m furious and call back this is getting ridiculous and the little boy that answered says he knocked on the door. That’s hard to believe when I have the ring video on my front door. He then asks for address and says the manager thought we were someone else. But the manager read the name everytime and it was the correct name and address.

This makes 2 weeks in a row. Last week was 2 hours late and here we are 4 hours later no pizza. And a pizza punk who hung up after saying he came to a house which he said was a wrong address. 🤔

Always have great customer service. I order online all the time and I messed up my card a few times. They provided great customer service to get it corrected.
