        $150.00 per month for a climate controlled unit (indoor corridor), with a coded entry system...that was promptly broken into!! Our unit was trashed and items were stolen, yet the owners never called to have us check our unit. The burglary was discovered by myself upon routine inspection a full week and a half after the break in was perpetrated!! When called, the storage unit rep stated that it was the Patterson police departments obligation to notify the renters. Proceed with caution!!!
