Appliancetone

This company did work on an appliance (it was a Thermador kitchen exhaust hood) for me in December. They replaced a new control and light ballasts and charged me almost $400. In less than two months the same malfunction occurred. We have tried repeatedly to contact them to arrange for a follow-up visit. They do not pick up the phone and do not return voice mail messages. We have called numerous numbers and all of them ask you to leave a message, but no one ever calls back. When we called their "dispatch center" asking politely asked to talk to a manager or supervisor, the hung up on us - repeatedly. We paid almost $400 for the repair work and this is what we got.
