I guess I will be the first to write a review on here!
My experience at this salon was great the stylist and the other women are really knowable about hair care; and the atmosphere is very nice, really girly decor and their system for weaves is very impressive! I will be making more appointments in the future!!! I love my weave!!!! ����

Pro:The hair is nice quality
Con: The hair it smells foul. The customer service is horrible. The staff are very rude and ignorant. The price for instillation if you purchase the hair is $95 for a sew in. That does not include straighten or curling the hair. I paid for a sew in but she glued in the top. She did not sterilize the combs after the clients in front of me. The shop was dirty. The trashcans were filthy. I cringed when I put trash in the trash can.

HORRENDOUS!!!! If you want to pay your hard earned money to be abused, this is the place for you! They will physically abuse you (by tugging unnecessarily hard on your scalp) mentally abuse you (by screaming back and forth ghetto slander in your ear) and emotionally abuse you (once you realize you wasted $500+, half of your 24 hour day and most of all; your dignity, all to walk out looking like Michael Jackson. Getting your hair done in this ‘salon’ (if you can even call it that) is to be subject to the most blatant disrespect in the highest form. All you sacrifice to sit in the stylist chair and they couldn’t be more rude or disrespectful if they tired. Philly, we have to do better! This place needs to close to make way for hair salons Philadelphia deserves because this is NOT IT !!!

I've been here several times although the service is terrible!! Everyone has an attitude problem. Its almost as if its a requirement to get the job because they all have it!!! Furthermore one time I had an appointment the owner was 3 hours late and walked in as if I was late!!! She was so rude I didn't even want her to touch my hair anymore so I allowed someone name puddin to style me!!! Although I continue to go because I love to support my people I just want to let it be known my experience is just like everyone else's....poor...I hope the owners are reading these posts and are adjusting accordingly!!

No stars. Worst customer service in the city of Philadelphia. Installation of my wear was perfect and the hair is nice, but the customer service is so horrible that it's not worth it. Plan to put aside 10 hours put of your day regardless of if you made an appointment or not

Should have read the reviews first customer service is horrible was told if I'm late(which I never am to any appointment) there is a $15 charge yet the stylist herself is not on time. Very unprofessional

Ok , so i love the hair that is provided! Also that its no tangles it last for a year. But unfortunately the service is horrible. I called one time asking when do they close? how much is the hair ?. The lady had a whole attitude. Like she was getting annoyed about the whole thing. Also ! Ya hair is already about $200 . Then you have to pay adition to get it put in and another adition for striaght or curled.

Okay the hair is beautiful and the styles she does is GREAT no shade to that at all. BUT the SERVICE is HORRIBLe omg if you want to be at a salon ALL day this place is for you lol.. I had a appointment! And still waited five hours for my sew in!!!! There's no point of getting appointments! And the assistances are absolutely rude! You ask them a question and they always say "Ask Brianna" like they don't have a mind of there own wtf? Idk about anyone else's experience but I will NEVER return for service again especially when I have to pay 145 that's absolutely ridiculous... And me personally I am all about supporting black females to the fullest but it's hard when you have such unprofessionalism like this!

All I can say is they do have lovely hair but I went there multiple times and I got the most horrible customer service smh you would think they will greet you when you step in the place but No not these girls they rather be on their phones and ignore that you are standing there and when they finally acknowledge you they say "What you need" smh how rude is that I rather order from "Her imports" in Newark nj because their hair is exactly the same but actually more cheap and last long also because I don't feel the need to spend my hard earned money at a business like this even though it was convenient for myself but never again
