Doug was not the first flooring professional I spoke with, he stood out among the rest. He was confident and straightforward. I had many questions and he took the time to answer them all. There were possible issues that needed to be addressed before the installation adding to the level of difficulty. The crew were up to the challenge! They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Their work is top tier. I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone that is looking flooring installation. From concept to completion 5 stars. Thank you Doug and the crew!

Horrible customer service, no communication. I thought I would shop local rather than go to a large chain....mistake! Ordered area carpet last October- the rugs were delivered in November with no padding. Said they would contact me when it came in, never did. I contacted them and was told it was on back order and they would let me know when it came in... Never did. Called them again, told it was there but needed to be cut. Told I would be contacted the first of the year, never was. Contacted them a final time and said my husband would be picking the padding up and that I wouldn't be paying the balance... When my husband got to the store they didn't have the padding cut and they would not even work with us over the balance...( I was so mad I didn't want to pay a thing) Worst place I have ever worked with. I can appreciate delay and back orders.. But the lack of communication and poor service... So bad. Would not recommend Carpet Depot.. Go to the big chain and save yourself a big headache. And I had to give them a 1 rating to post this but my real rating is a big fat Zero.

No respect for personal property!!

If you want great customer service, professional carpet installed with great local people, call the Carpet Depot in Hamburg Township 48169. The owners are very personable and their installers are fast working, on time, A+++++ job of installing and great to work with. You will not regret it. It was a great experience for me that's for sure!

I went in looking for a carpet remnant and noticed the store had started selling furniture. My first thought was it was probably expensive being a small local guy instead of Art Van. I was wrong! their prices were better than I had seen anywhere and I bought a new bedroom outfit for the room I originally bought carpet for. Give these guys a good look when shopping flooring or furniture.

Having the Carpet Depot crew install flooring in my basement was an excellent choice. I have never seen such detailed craftmanship. Derryl has been in the carpet business for over 30 years and his expertise is unsurpassed. That is why consumers should shop local, these businessman provide the personal touch, they really care about your business and it shows. You would NEVER get this kind of excellent service from Home Depot/Lowe's etc.

I went to Carpet Depot based on others recommendations. They were right and we are so happy with our Armstrong Laminate flooring. Thumbs up to Darryl and Earl.....Everything went just as they said. Thanks for the great job. Can't wait to do more rooms.

I was looking for some flooring for my kitchen and it seemed like every little community event I went to, Carpet Depot was a sponsor of. I went and seen them and was very impressed by their selection and product knowledge. They did the job and I couldn't find one thing wrong when they were done. I also found out that not only do they support local events and schools but they also put on a family fishing derby of their own every year and donate the proceeds to local charities! I wish all small hometown businesses were like them! Thanks for all you do for our community and the good work you do in our homes!

derryl and his crew installed carpeting throughout my whole house. their expertise was unparalleled, attention to detail was amazing.

I had a whole house carpeted by Carpet Depot in August and they were extremely easy to work with. The salesman had loads of knowledge on types of flooring, working with colors, and to beat it all they were very affordable. They beat 2 other quotes I had no problem and the installation is beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone! Other stores could take a lesson from these guys! Thanks Carpet Depot!
