Pinckney Auto Wash

Love this car wash! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They give lollipops to my daughter and when I got a new car, they helped me guide the car onto the tracks since I was not used to it yet. The car wash itself is great. Our cars always look great.

This is the best carwash I have ever used. The employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful. The prepaid cards are a great deal, and I feel that I get a lot of value for the money. My car comes out looking beautiful every time I use this carwash. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Great wash for the money. Car is always clean and dry at the end. The systems never thrashes the paint.

If there was a Zero star rating I would give it. My son took his pick-up truck to this auto wash and one of the employees--not the machines--broke off the side-view mirror. When I contacted the owner to discuss the matter. He talked over me and did not wnt to listen to me. He refused to cover the repair and ended up hanging up on me. Very poor customer service. Wash your car but do it anywhere but Pinckney Auto Wash.
