I was very disappointed in my service for my freezer. They fixed our freezer back in october and we ran into the same issue months later. We were told that it would be an inexpensive repair and that they would show up between 10 AM and Noon. They showed up at 1:30 PM. Bob was very rude and did not help me clear the freezer while I had my infant and toddler eating lunch. He ordered me around in my kitchen and was very condescending with how he spoke to me. His partner was nice and more so helpful than him. I'm pretty sure his partner just scraped ice out of my freezer, poured hot water down the drain and charged me 150. Bob kept telling his partner that there were other problems with the freezer, but I heard his partner disagree. Don't hire Bob if you want to pay 150 for 10 minutes of work. He just wanted a paycheck and left without saying thank you or goodbye. He's definitely a scammer!

I went through my home warranty plan, American Home Shield, to set up service with Tusky Best Service. Best Service called and made an appointment for 9 am to 12 pm Wednesday. At 8:30 Wednesday morning I get a call from the technician saying he can't wait any longer and has to reschedule. Not sure why he was there before my appointment. Next appointment was Friday 8:15 to 10 am. After waiting three hours, I call the technician at 11 and he says he can't make it there for another 3 hours. I couldn't stay that much longer so we schedule it for 4 that day. Never heard from him again that day. Not sure how they can manage to fix appliances when they're not even competent enough to keep appointments.

Overpriced,total ripoff do not use even if your house is falling down came to my house for a electric oven problem.After checking a few things no parts or anything to fix charged 90.00 trip charge,90 dollars for labor which I don't know what labor so a bill of 180.00 to tell me I need an electrician thanks for doing nothing.

They charged me saying they "fixed" my fridge. Later that day it was still broken. They came back the next day and said they needed to order a part which was supposed to be in last Friday. It is now Thursday- I cal every day asking if the part is in and every day he says he will call me back and he doesn't. I've already paid them over 200$ but we are a family of 6 and really just need a working fridge so I am going to have to look elsewhere for someone to actually fix it! I've never written a bad review online before but I just don't want anyone else to go thru this really frustrating experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

Bobs been out to my home 4 times over the past month or so failing to repair my fridge.

1st time ordered part

2nd time lost of electrical sparking and then a breaker blew. Bob said he's unable to repair due to Subzero shipping him a bad part?

3rd time out still unable to fix

4th time he was out he said he could not do the job because he left his tools at another job site.



It's been over a month now we have waited for Best appliance repair to fix our fridge and now we have to reschedule for a 5th time hoping he brings all his tools!



Save your self time and money don't use this company!

I never write reviews for things but I was highly disappointed with this service. Bob was in and out of my house in under 10min saying he saw nothing wrong with my fridge, even though he never removed the back of it. Since he "saw nothing" it had to be lint build up... he was sure. I was sure it wasn't as the lint build up was quite negligible. And I was right... what he cleaned up had absolutely no impact on my problem. He was far more interested in hurrying up and leaving than actually helping me. So now I am out a very expensive 10min and have to add that on to the price of a new fridge.

I've called Bob many times for different issues . He honestly tells me if I would be better off buying a new washing machine (as an example) rather than repair it. I have found Bob competent, helpful, timely and recommend him to friends.

Bob Tusky, a former NASA engineer, is more than up to the job. He's relaxed and enjoys helping. If he can fix a problem over the phone, he won't hesitate. Some of his ideas and inventions are used on appliances, today.

Be careful if you let this man in your home. Watch him like a hawk. He came to my home to fix my refrigerator and when he left, the unit was in worse condition than when he arrived. First off, he pulled the unit out from where it was located against the wall and while unassembling the unit, he broke the light bulb. When he was finished and pushed the unit back to the wall, he pushed using the molding and the molding broke off. Of course he claimed the molding was already broken and refused to replace the light bulb. When I opened the unit, I discovered the moisture inside mixed with the dirt from his hands left a nice mess for me to clean out as well. On top of that, he never fixed the problem I called him there for. I do not recommend him!
