1st it took them 2 weeks to get a part that Sears said the tech should have had with him. Then, I called to check on the part and Belinda was like oh we got it this morning and I was going to call you to set an appointment. We set an appointment for the following Monday. The tech was a no show...I called Belinda again at like 5 till 5 on Monday (trying to give the tech time to get to my house) she answered the phone and told me she would call me back. Never did..I called back only to keep getting her answering machine. Called the following day to find out what time the tech was coming out, she proceeded with how does Thursday sound? this is going into week number 3. I told her I needed the tech to come out today she said she will call me back....still waiting.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Let me count the ways...



1. The first attempt at repairing our fridge left us with a freezer that wasn't cold and a fridge that was freezing things (despite us changing the temperature.)



2. Extremely difficult to get ahold of (had to leave multiple messages each time to get a response, sometimes in excess of 7 messages without a call back for up to a week.)



3. When we attempted to contact again to get the original mess up fixed, Sassy Whoevershewas LIED to me and tried to tell me we refused appointment that was never offered to us.



It has been exactly a month since we first started dealing with them, and all we have is a broken fridge and a bad taste in our mouths. Do not use if you value your mental health.

Firstly, I must mention the quality of repair is excellent. Kendrick was knowledgeable, courteous and quick. He is the only reason BHB will ever receive more than one star. My initial call was received by Belinda. I advised her LG quoted $185.00 plus tax for the service repair and that would include all costs of service and parts. Belinda said if the issue is indeed the heating element, as expected, they would be able to at least match the price. I was to be charged $85 for the diagnostic and that cost would come out of the final price if they are to return to complete the repair. No problem as I'd prefer to support smaller businesses. So, Kendrick arrived and was paid the 85.00. I was told I'd be called back in a couple of days with the cost of part. Several days passed and I called in and was told the part would cost 140.00 PLUS the cost of labor and the original 85.00 would not be deducted. This was unacceptable. I advised her I expected them to hold up to their word with the price. Again, I was told I'd be called back. A week passed and I started calling. The calls always rang a few to several times then went to voicemail. I left a total of 3 messages the following week. Then I waited another weekend (they do not operate on weekends) and my call was finally answered on Tuesday. She said they could do the 185.00 but that was on top of the first 85.00. End the end I paid the amount and everything was resolved. BUT dealing with this company is troublesome and more costly than hitting up retail. They are liars at best.
