Platte City Flower & Gift Shop

I ordered a $70 dollar flower arrangement from them for Mother's Day. They screwed up and switched the tags with another arrangement and delivered the wrong ones, I took them back to the shop and they promised they would fix the problem and have the right ones delivered the next morning. Then this morning instead of delivering the premium arrangement I ordered, they delivered the $35 standard arrangement. I will never ever use them again. I will go to the shop in smithville from now on. At least I know they won't screw up and make excuses for it, and if they do make a mistake they will actually fix it and double check to make sure it's right before delivering. Thank you so much for messing up my perfectly planned Mother's Day for my wonderful mother!
