Like family

My kids have been seen here for most of their young lives. I have had a recent emotional long journey and the staff have been there every step of the way. I'm praying my bridge that is due to be placed in a couple of weeks turns out as good as the rest of their work. The staff is like family and knows what to do for most situations and the anxiety, and helps you regain confidence in your smile to feel beautiful again.

Great care!

Dr. Broyles offered me great service. I had to have 8 teeth repaired and she was very gentle and nice and helped me through my anxiety. I definitely recommend this dentist.

I HAD TO GIVE A "STAR RATING" IN ORDER TO CONTINUE WITH MY RATING. TRUTHFULLY, I GIVE THIS OFFICE ZERO STARS. CHECK THE MISSOURI DENTAL BOARD WEBSITE. THERE ARE DOZENS OF VERIFIED COMPLAINTS AGAINST DR BROYLES WITH ALMOST EXACT EXPERIENCE AS OURS. HER LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED BY THE DENTAL BOARD. I WISHED I NEVER WENT THERE AFTER THE CARE AND TREATMENT I RECEIVED.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. THEY WILL TELL YOU YOU NEED DENTAL WORK THAT YOU DON'T. THEY'LL TRY TO GET YOU TO TAKE OUT THOUSANDS IN LOANS FOR THAT WORK. I PERSONALLY LOST 2 TEETH TO THEIR POOR DENTISTRY AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS

Very rude and rushed

The doctor was very rushed and she didn't want to spend time with me. I needed a tooth pulled and when I told her that I was getting dental insurance within the next couple of months through work, she wouldn't even discuss what problems I have since I wasn't going to have it treated immediately. She said, what's the point? VERY rude and condescending.



Don't fall for the constant postcards and ads in the paper.

AWFUL!!! What a waste of time!!!

I took my 4 year old and 5 year old to get a regular check up today. The receptionist was sweet and professional yet that is where it stopped. The dentist was rude, unprofessional and insolent. He belittle the kids and my parenting skills. (not knowing or understanding all the facts) My kids are foster children and need support and explanations step by step of what is going to happen to them. The dentist right away asked me to wait outside while he sat my 5 year in a huge chair with no comfort. He told her that he did not understand her sounds and to learn to not say "NO" to a dentist. My little girl started crying and he told me that he could not work with her since she was throwing a tantrum that he could refer me to someone else. At that point I have had enough took my kids and walked out! I am absolutely upset that he wasted my time!!!

Please don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!

I only wish I had read the reviews before going to this dentist. I am so very unhappy with what is being done. I also was told that I had a lot of work that needed to be done. After geting the print out of all the money it would cost I told them that I only wanted one thing done, but when I went back for a small filling. I was bullied into having 2 crowns and a bill of well over $800. The dr had the nerve to say when I was in the chair with a drill in my mouth "I have to hurry with this one I have someone else that needs me in the other room" She is pushy with the staff and gets very upset easly. I will not ever go back.

Searching for Second Opinion

I received the same opinion as the other two individuals. I wish I would of seen their reviews before I made an appointment. I was told that I need several thousand dollars worth of work on my teeth as well. It seems the doctor wants to rush and do several things on one visit. I just had a feeling that this was not right. I am now searching for a new dentist. It is no wonder, we are afraid to visit the dentist.

very poor

This female dentist is very rude just like her staff, and wants you to pay for things that doesnt need to be done. One of her staff was cleaning my 5 yr olds teeth, and kept getting on to her to hold still. She made it to the point, where she made my daughter cry. I had to tell her to get another staff member to finish the job. I was also told I need to pay $6-7000 to have several things done to my teeth. I went and got a second opion and was told there is nothing wrong with my teeth. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this dentist, and if you have kids that needs a dentist. Dont go here, unless you want very bad treatment.

2nd opinion quite revealing

At first visit, this dentist recommend I receive 10K-12K worth of root canal/crown work. Hmmm. So 6mos later I visited another dentist who did not see a problem with my fillings. He said they're good for quite awhile yet. So then I told him about Dr. Broyles' recommendation. He did a double check and would not change his opinion. The experience with Dr. Broyles felt like I was being rushed. She implied that my previous dentist (who I no longer see due to having moved too far away) had been negligent to not tell me that my fillings were in deplorable condition. So I suggest to anyone receiving this kind of advice from a new dentist that they seek a second opinion.
