North State Drug Testing

From the moment I walked in, Laura (who I found out is the owner) was condescending and passive aggressive. I was trying to figure out if I had done something to her. But no she was just rude. During our interaction she told me 3 times “if not, then get go away”

“If you don’t have it printed out, then go away”

“If you can’t pee then go away”

“That’s not enough, what am I suppose to do with that amount (insert eye roll) you should go away”

Customer service is my background and even when I heard the go away twice, I swallowed it and let it slide, but by the 3rd time. Enough was enough. I felt like I was being talked down to or made to feel worthless.

I literally grabbed my ID while the pee was on the table and left, ONLY FOR MS. LAURA to NOW TRY TO BE NICE WITH A “Hun come back” FUCK YOUR HUN LAURA! I can’t believe an owner...AN OWNER! Behaved or even said this to me! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DRUG TEST!! She even tried to grab my hand to pull me back! I pulled away and continued to walk out. At this point, I think she may have known she fucked up. But to late HUN.

Your self worth is more valuable. Go where you are treated right! And this place isn’t it.

She could have worded it differently! Only after I pointed my camera on her and recorded that her attitude changed! If you’re gonna be a bitch own it through and through don’t be someone behind closed doors and have the courage but when a camera goes on don’t play a victim like you were trying to be nice and THEN CHOOSE TO BE ‘a well behaved person’

The only way to hurt this Business is. If your employer gives you options to select your drug test. DO NOT SELECT THIS PLACE!!! Their money is made by companies paying for their services, if you don’t select them, they don’t get paid.
It’s why she’s rude. We are not the customers, the companies are.
