I brought my BMW in to this shop for two different accidents, neither one my fault! Ken was helpful, professional, and expert in his work! He directed me to a rental car place that didn't charge the 10 bucks a day for the mass convention center, dealt with the insurance companies and appraisers, and fixed my car so that it looks better than brand new! I showed up to get my car, and even the interior was all clean, rugs vacuumed, and even windows glistened! I would recommend this body shop to anyone that wants the work done right!
