Palace One Chinese Restaurant

Not in a very good area, so we weren't expecting it to be as good as it was. The food was fresh, service was great, got a lot for our money. The only reason we wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the carpet was dirty. We will definitely be coming back!

I was very dissatisfied with this place. I use to love it when it was KAMS but the change in ownership has truly affected everything, we had to wait 40 minutes to even be served and then I had to clean our table with a napkin and some hand sanitizer from my purse, our water glasses were dirty as well and when our food finally came about an house and a half into our visit, it was ice cold. When my sister told the waitress our food was cold she said she would give us a discount (20%) but did not offer to remake or even heat up our food! We were one of three tables that were filled in the place, so it was not that they were busy either. I was so disappointed in my experience, the lack of cleanliness the quality of food and service that I will not be going back.
