Solimar Wellness Spa

I'm from out of state and was looking for a day spa. I found a few in the St. Paul area and this one sounded like what I was looking for. I was right... it was GREAT! I had a wonderful massage from Kim and the best facial from April. I really enjoyed this place. It's VERY nice inside and services were top notch!

I will never do business with this salon again.I purchased a laser package for tx of spider veins. I paid $2400.00 for these services on my first visit. The incentive to purchase "a package " was presented to me through a rewards program that Solimar offered. If I spent this much (the pkg.) I would receive over $350.00 in free services at their spa, (such as massage, manicure, pedicure ect). About 10 months after I purchased this pkg I rec'd a letter stating that they were no longer providing laser services. They informed me that another spa would honor the remaining sessions. - So I had to travel to Edina to get my last two treatments. I wasn't too happy about that but I was willing to travel the extra 15 miles down a busy France ave to get them, since they would not refund those last two sessions! However that was not the worst of my experience with Solimar- they discontinued their reward program too! I was out $350. in free services with out any notice. What a scam!!!!
