Imperial Building

I just recently had my roof job completed by Imperial Building Co and couldn't be happier with the work that was done. In short the roofing crew had to remove two layers of old shingles before installing the new roof. Mikhail and his crew worked very hard and were very courteous during this process. Mikhail was very good at communicating to us when there were necessary changes to assure a quality roof job. For example, we had some additional bad decking that needed to be replaced and Mikhail communicated this to us and took pictures and got our approval before proceeding with the work. We found that our bathroom vents didn't vent through the roof and Mikhail advised that they were needed and installed properly. We now have much needed ventilation in our attic that we didn't have before with the installation of the vented drip edge along with ridge vents per Mikhail's professional advise, which will prevent ice damming in the winter and extend the life of the shingles. When they were done with the job, you could walk around the house and the clean up was so exceptional you couldn't tell that they had even been there except for the new water-tight beautiful roof that we have on our house. They added some bathroom roof vent at no charge that they were not suppose to.

They added copper flashing instead of aluminum.

The best of all is a Copper Bay Window's Roof (they were suppose to install asphalt shingle over the bay window's roof, but the owner of Imperial Roofing said it's a Gift from them to our parent's 50 year anniversary).
