this is the worst grooming place in town! she was rude that we were early and made me and my 2yo stand outside in the cold and rain bc the dog was trying to see us! she was rude about his long hair (hello there to get a trim!) she was just a B####. dont waste your time with her

Unless you are looking for a dog beater, don't go there. I took my puppy there for them to meet. My dog was so excited as there were other dogs in the shop. My dog just wanted to play as most 8 mos old puppies do. The woman / owner helded her but my puppy was still very excited, the woman grabbed her by the neck, then slapped my dog on her head. This was done infront of me. Just imagine what she does while the owners aren't there.
