A Lotta Storage

Lied about the auction date .. Refused my money after making an agreement with me. Shady as hell.

Rightspace told me I could make payments on my unit to get the balance paid up to date. When I went in to make a prearranged payment I was denied. Everything I cared about was in that storage. I had always paid them whether it be late or not they would have gotten thier money plus the ridiculous late fees lien fee lien notice fees oh and the certified letter they didn't need to send that they charged me $35 for Really

Not really happy about my unit being full of rats nests and my furniture being destroyed I brought it up with the staff and was told I must have brought the rodents in with me when I moved in. Okay really

Very poor service. Very poor business practices Dishonest dont honor agreements and failed to notify me of the auction. Couldnt find itposted anywhere on a public notce ohand last but notleast refused my moneybutgladly letsomebody else buy my personal property. They didnt even save my Fathers ashes for mewhen by law they are not allowed to sell cremation remains. And yes they were made of the cremated remains being present in my storage prior to the auction

Terrible. They charge so many late fees that its almost impossible to get your precious belongings back. They give mebthe impression that someone amongst them is eager to auction peoples property off. They would rather have a auction and sell you studff

what an awful bunch of crooks! don't rent a space here! I had a space while I was looking for a house, literally used it for two weeks..all which they knew up front. Was all paid up with no money owed, gave the required 10 day notice via a phone call, vacated unit and left it clean..THEN I start getting nasty notices that they were going to remove my lock and sell my stuff! huh? emailed another message that I had vacated (no lock, no stuff, owing NO money) yet they still sent me a lien for two months I did not use claiming they were going to sell my stuff (which wasn't even in there idiots) and send me to collections! bunch of crooked a-holes..DON'T RENT HERE THEY ARE CROOKED MORONS!! check your damn phone messages instead of screwing peoples credit over for your mistake..so now they want me to pay $150 bogus $$$ I do not owe!!...scumbags
