New Method Dry Cleaners

After 2 years of business, New Method damaged my leather jacket. They stuck the inventory pin through the leather. After numerous attempts to contact the owner, the shop staff offered to try to fix the jacket by sending back out to the leather subcontractor. When we got it back the jacket was still not clean (water marks), and there was fading and wear damage on top of the two holes previously mentioned. Owner still refuses to contact us after several letters and phone calls. I recieved one angry phone call from the leather sub, but he should not be contacting me since I have no business with him (although I did provide the information he requested). After 2 months still no contact from the owner, we now have to proceed with a law suit. Never use a cleaner who is not authorized to do specific work. If they have to send out leather do not use them for leather.
