I had them here today on a Saturday. My washing machine broke down in the middle of a load and I am leaving for a business trip on Wednesday! I called around explaining it was an emergency, and one company wanted to charge me $120.00 just to walk in the door. Well, I found Armstrong Appliance Service. Jerry couldn't be nicer, initially, he offered to come on Monday, but when I explained my situation to him, he came within an hour. He identified the problem in minutes, had the part with him and was done in no time, for not much more than the other company wanted just for a diagnostic.
