Hyland Appliance Service

Awful just awful. Was supposed to fix refrigerator, took $120 down payment for parts and he didn't come back when he was supposed to. I had to call someone else and they informed me his diagnosis was incorrect. I am taking him to the magistrate.

Called to have a 2 year old clothes dryer fixed. First visit he discovered I needed a door switch, which I could understand, and some kind of thermos part. (Did not have any problems with the heat at all). Promised to be back in 2 weeks. Wanted 75% deposit of total bill. Does not return phone calls! Finally came back to put in new parts and it worked one time then broke again. Called him 3 hours after he left. Called for 3 days straight. Still no call back. Found out he cashed the final 25% payment right after he left my house so I was unable to stop payment on the check. Do NOT use this guy for service unless you want to throw money away!!!!!

The guy is a straight scam artist. Had him fix my dryer and a day later it was broke again. I have tried to call him back 5 times in the past three days and he has avoided all of my calls. I come to find out that he has done this to countless other customers in the past. Please avoid this scum at all costs.
