General Info

Relationships are my main focus because I know how interrelated they are with our mental health and overall well-being. My goal is to help people work through and overcome personal and relational difficulties, and develop meaningful connections with others. If you are having difficulties in your relationships and haven't been able to resolve the related ongoing issues, I would welcome the opportunity to help. Many people come for help with a specific problem in a mostly-good relationship, while others come with their relationship on the line. You may be feeling overwhelmed with depression and anxiety, or are in the midst of a tremendous loss or difficult life change. No matter what you may be facing, it would be my privilege to come alongside you and offer the help and support you need.

The focus of MY work is with individuals and couples WHO are experiencing relationship difficulties. I seek to help people overcome personal and relational challenges. And develop meaningful connections with others.  MY APPROACH INTEGRATES the psychological. Relational. And spiritual dimensions of life. While I AM trained in and USE a variety of therapeutic theories and techniques. I work mostly in cognitive behavioral and emotionally focused ways to help clients find solutions to their concerns.  the process involves identifying the underlying issues. Changing self talk. Learning to SET proper boundaries. Resolving conflict. And making good choices for personal growth.  the goal is to find healing and growth in the face of LIFE’S inevitable and unexplainable setbacks. Hurts and losses. I believe that healthy connection. Intimacy. And LOVE CAN deepen and 
grow to the extent that we are willing TO INVEST In it.
