Dr. Paul Austin is a graduate of Harvard University, where he received both his dental degree and his Master's in Public Health. He went on to UCLA for his post-doctorate studies and received his specialty training in Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. In addition, he is a member of the clinical faculty and a lecturer for UCLA's Department of Orthodontics. Dr. Austin stays abreast of the latest technological advances in dentistry as an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and the California Dental Association. Dr. Austin has been practicing for over 19 years and has offices in Simi Valley and Santa Monica. When he is away from the office, Dr. Austin enjoys surfing, playing two-man beach volleyball and exploring such exotic destinations as Nicaragua, Namotu Fiji, El Salvador, Belize, Hawaii and Mexico. As an avid historian and an active member of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Dr. Austin's favorite destination is Florence, Italy for its collection of museums, history, food and wine.
