Weidner & Company PC

Had my taxes done by Jurgonski & Fredlake for 16 years, then they were acquired by Weidner. Then the quality of service went down and the price went up by 30%. I didn't get my 2015 tax refund until August. Then Weidner had the gall to send me a letter blaming it all on Jurgonski & Fredlake personnel. This I regard as complete BS, as I had 16 very good years with J&F. I'll go back to John Fredlake if I can find him.

Historically (& happily) Jurgonski & Fredlake handled our taxes every year seamlessly but unfortunately they were acquired by Weidner & Co. and therefore we entrusted this new company to handle our business promptly. Here we are June 2nd with no indication on when we will receive our tax return. Finally after 2 visits into the office & 1 phone call demanding a timeframe, I was told it would be another 3 weeks. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? July? There are 2 certainty's in life: death & taxes. Taxes come every year at the same time & this is Weidner & Company's job. How many of you hard-workers out there can miss a deadline by 8-10 weeks & still have a job?
