Are You Ready Floor Service

Very unreliable. Missed 5 different scheduled start times for project and did not call to explain. I had to take the initiative A waste of my time.

They are completely unreliable and don't finish their work. The work they do is marginal at best. We asked them to stain trim and stair treads to match the floor and they used poly with no stain so they aren't even close. On top of that we were told it was a two day job, however it lasted for 3 weeks before they just stopped without completing it. They were paid for most of the job part of the way through. Now they haven't completed the job and won't return phone calls. Do not use this floor service.

Highly recommended. The completed product is beautiful, even the feathering they had to carry out to another room not being refinished. The workers were very professional and accommodating. The worst you can say is they were late every day. The cost is reasonable and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Their work is sloppy and poor quality. They tear out the floors, make a mess of your house and don't return for weeks. They attempted to charge more than the quote. I could not imagine a worse contractor or experience. This company is a nightmare to deal with. We hired another company to fix the mess this company made of our home.

They never show up when scheduled. Very sloppy work. tried to rescheduled several times. i regret using this company and would not recommend.

Don't waste your time contacting this company. I wasted 2 months in a futile attempt to have some hardwood flooring refinished. They called and said that they would begin the job on 3 different occasions. I stayed home waiting for them and they did not show up neither did they call to say they would not be there. This unethical practice continued over a 2 month period. Needless to say, I have done some research and find that I am not alone in my experience. with this company. I contacted a reputable company and was told by them that 30% of their business comes from customers who also wasted their time with "Are You Ready Floor Service.

They "scheduled" me for April 26 and they still haven't shown up. I keep calling and they keep promising but never show up, never initiate communication, never return calls and rarely answer their phone. I regret the time they've cost me. Ridiculous!

They never show up for a job. We have been put on their "schedule" 5 times and they never show up.

Professional guys with reasonable prices. Very respectful of your time, too. I'd use them again.

They did a great job and you won't find anyone any cheaper. However, they are very slow. The job took 2 weeks longer than they orginially told me.
