        Been with Am Fam for 10 plus years. Currently with this agent but will change if I stay with Am Fam. Why? Agent and employees are nice but not very professional. Recently found issues with my policy and the agent's employee just laughed about it saying "oh well." I was shocked. Whenever I talk to this agency I feel as though I am not that important.
