        I called looking for an estimate on a new furnace & air conditioner. My friend at work had referred me to Anderson Heating & Air and she was right. The staff was friendly and understood that I had never shopped for a furnace nor an air conditioner in my life. They took the time to explain what I needed and what I didn't need. Someone else was trying to sell me something that I DIDN'T need just to make more money. I felt that my money was well spent at Anderson Heating & Air. Everyone from the office to the sales staff to the installers were really nice and I felt well taken care of. Sometimes it's nice to meet good people.

        I can't even describe my frustration with Anderson Heating and ACThe installation was a nightmare...and now...7 years later they want$695.00 to replace a broken AC condenser that is still under warranty for the labor charge
