B-Safe Home Inspection of Illinois, Inc.

B Safe did my home inspection for my new house and they sent out Mark Luparell. He did a phenomenal job catching multiple material defects on the home, and formed a very detailed report. I don't think this guy missed a thing. He was fast, professional, and very curtious. B-Safe is the only company I would recommend ever using, they saved me a lot of money. I couldn't be happier!

Purchased my home last year and even though the seller had an inspection done already, I wanted to have my own done. B Safe was thorough and professional. They even caught things that were not on the sellers inspection. I Would highly recommend them!

BSafe inspected our home in January, 2015. Everything seemed great, the inspector seemed friendly and competent. He gave us a negative termite inspection. Needless to say, due to the one star review, we have termites which were found by the window crew. Two separate termite companies came in to do an inspection and gave us a definite active termite diagnosis and both said this should have been caught by any competent inspector. The owner of BSafe came out to our house (after calling them for about two weeks) and said "yup you have termites, but there's no telling when they got there. We stand by our work". Do not use BSafe for your termite inspection EVER. This is just a service that they offer to make money and they are not a qualified termite inspection company.
