7/7/15-Axiom, Dickinson St, Spfd - After TWO MONTHS, I was still having money withdrawn from my account from the old ins., and the new homeowners got canceled because of their mismanagement, VERY BAD & UNPROFESSIONAL C.S.-they'll put you on hold and never pick up or they sound uninterested & tell you they are going to do things they don't and they'll BLAME YOU for the problems that occur or you'll stand at the counter for 10 minutes while all 10 of them will ignore you! BAD MANAGEMENT & VERY DISORGANIZED. them will ignore you, or they'll BLAME YOU for everything! BAD MANAGEMENT & VERY DISORGANIZED.

Really bad service waiting time is ridiculous staff with bad attitudes very poor service

HORRIBLE no customer service experience stood there at the desk for 10 minutes before any of the 10 people right in front of me even said "we'll be right with you" (which they never did until I said something) I called 2 weeks ago NUMEROUS times and still no call back or follow up SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
