Northwest Anesthesia Physicians (NAP) is looking to hire 3-4 general anesthesiologists to cover recent expansion and upcoming retirements. We provide quality anesthesia care to a diverse case mix, including trauma and a medically complex patient population at our level 2 trauma center, to our smaller community hospital, to “bread and butter” anesthesia at our ASCs. Hospital based services include general and major vascular, neurosurgery, routine and high-risk OB, bread and butter peds and NICU cases, EP cardiology, cardiothoracic, and all surgery subspecialties; with complex peds and cardiac covered by fellowship trained panels. We are a physician-led practice that historically offers flexible vacation and call schedules with an equitable pay structure that reflects time worked. Comprehensive benefits with cash balance plans and profit sharing available immediately.
