Verano Tan

I love this tanning salon! The beds are very nice and give great color, and the employees and managers are very helpful! I definitely recommend for your tanning needs.

I have been a client for 10+ years. This is the most clean and friendly tanning venue you could ever ask for. They could not be more accommodating and helpful. They are always smiling and making sure your experience is the best experience and you'll feel like family when you're there. If you want a quick tan, they can help. Want an intense tan for an event or vacation? They have you COVERED! oh, i almost forgot.... the best part is that tan lines are optional & orange is NOT a color option ;)

Unfortunately you can't give a negative star rating which is what they deserve. If you're looking for great customer service and quality beds DONT tan at Verano tan. After a month of tanning I hardly bronzed and when I told them how I wont ever be coming back, their response was "that's fine". This was the worst tanning experience I've ever had and I will never go back. Tanning options are slim in Traverse City but it will always been in your best interest to go anywhere but here. Last point: the staff member that sold me my package was fired the next week. Another staff member admitted to me afterward that the package I had purchased from the ex employee was not a good option for me!! Even after admitting that they still wouldn't upgrade me or do anything to ensure I would get good results. Oh and at one point the owner told me to "shut up" when I was trying to explain my frustrations with my services. UNBELIEVABLE!
