There was a girl trying to handle all the customers by herself, when she asked the other cashier to help his reply was "he's busy" and after came to help out the line. With a store as busy as this one, you should have another cashier working afternoons along with the other 2. The girl there tori? Or toni? Was pleasant even though she seemed a little overwhelmed trying to help every one out. I have a lot of good things to say about her and i hope to keep seeing her around :) also please keep your drink area clean, it was pretty messy and the guy was over there "fixing" something should have stocked and cleaned it.
