Cero customer service

All collection agencies are really bad, but this I can tell it may be the worse. They send you an offer letter to consolidate your debt, and when you want to pay they put all kind of obstacles. The agent I spoke with, named Jennifer or something like that, started the conversation very friendly (not very usual) and when I made her see that she was making a mistake (she doesn't know math at all) she got upset. Anyway, she had to agree on the letter terms, so I suppose to pay today. For personal issues (we all have those) I couldn't make it (the letter was dated May 15th, and we have 15 days from the date to make the arrangement). She called me at my work and she said that she didn't receive the payment, I try to explain her what happened but she just end the conversation saying that tomorrow is too late.

I don't think that's very smart. You finally have somebody who wants to pay and you say no? so now, you don't get anything, the name is in collections anyway. Let's wait for somebody more intelligent having this debt in his hands, because this lady really sucks!!
