        Amazing service. Very easy to set up an appointment. Service man came and fixed in a matter of minutes at a great price.

        terrible service

        The ice maker in my 2007 LG three door refrigerator/freezer was leaking, so I called Ace Appliance, since their ad stated they did repairs on LG's. I confirmed this by asking if they did repairs on LG refrigerators, and they assured me they could fix my LG ice maker . The repair man showed up, looked at my refrigerator and stated how LG's were made in Korea, and were always breaking and said he couldn't fix it. The service man never offered to find a replacement part in the ice maker, purchased another ice maker or make any suggestion what-so-ever to fix my leaking ice maker. He stayed 8 minutes and then gave me a bill! All he wanted was his $30.00 for a service call. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I would never use them again and I do not recommend them.
