Tom was quick to respond and delivered great service. He is friendly and had the best price out of 4 other places we looked into. No cleanup was necessary when he was done.

We discovered water on the basement floor and suspected the sanitary sump. After reviewing the positive comments about Tom on the net I called and, true to the testimonials, he attempted to diagnose and help me over the phone. When that didn't work he agreed, even though it was toward the end of the day, to come out and he was here within the hour. Before leaving Tom looked over our system and made some suggestions which we will definitely follow as soon as possible.

I called to get a price on a new well pump as I didn't have the pressure I was expecting. Tom walked me through some troubleshooting, came out and checked some stuff for me and told me I didn't need a new pump, instead I had a leak which was reducing pressure. He then fixed it and saved me over $1600!

I have used Freedom Pump & Well before. This time I called for my own house because of my well pump not working after a power outage. In 3 hours they were out to take a look at the problem. Within a short amount of time the issue was resolved.

I called Freedom Pump & Well Services early one morning and got Tom. I explained my problem and Tom gave me some DIY pointers. When the DIY didn't pan out, Tom was able to come out quickly and assess the problem, provided an accurate quote and performed the service that day. Tom was also very patient with me while replacing our well pump - teaching me about the various aspects of our well system and working out payment arrangements. He performed a full well system inspection, identified a few additional issues to address, tuned our system for optimal performance, and provided a solid report on the entire service for our records.

Tom came out on a Saturday to check out our pump and controls when our water quit. He was back first thing Monday morning with everything needed to replace the pump. He was fast, friendly and honest. The bill ended up less than the original quote because the work got done faster than anticipated.

Tom was quick and efficient when he came to replace our water tank which had leaked. He has helped us in the past with other things and we highly recommend his work.

Tom was helpful from the first contact. During the first phone conversation he gave us a list of money-saving options to check to see if our problem would be a simple fix. When he came out, he explained the steps he was taking. He quoted us a number of options on replacing our pump or decommissioning the well. Tom was the first person to correctly diagnose my well/tank problems. He quickly discovered my system was not installed to code, pointing out incorrect parts of my system. He is a wealth of well system knowledge. Very prompt and quick service. My new system is up and running within days of my original diagnostic service call! His work and service were exemplary. I came home from vacation to find black, smelly water coming from all my faucets. We got Tom's name frrom a friend, called him and he was to the house in no time. He diagnosed the problem and went to work fixing it, which was no easy task. He came back several times to check on how things were going.



He was extremely courteous, friendly and extremely neat--he even completely cleaned out the room where my holding tank was. We used to refer to that room as "the dungeon", that's how bad it was.

I called Tom on a Sunday morning because my water stopped running the night before. He was over in a little over an hour and quickly fixed a problem with the pressure tank control unit. Tom's laid back, super knowledgable, very easy to work with and talk to. I would absolutely recommend him!
