I have never had worse customer service in my life. Like the reviewer before me, these two men made me fear for my safety. First, they showed up 30 minutes prior to our three hour delivery window, called my husband and said if someone doesn’t show up soon they were leaving because us not being home “isn’t on them.” My husband explained that I was enroute and would be home 15 minutes BEFORE our delivery window even started; they did not care. I arrived home to find my furniture strewn out about my driveway and the two of them continuing to dump it all there without any care. My home was professionally renovated, with undamaged hardwood floors, and we had just moved in the day prior. See below, one of the MANY places where these men gouged our floors with their rough/rushed job. One of them kept receiving phone calls where he was making plans after work; it was clear that this was why he was rushing and cutting corners. They refused to LET ME put the floor furniture pads on the pieces that would have prevented this damage, even though I asked three different times and had them in my hands, ready to go. They demanded cash payment and refused to give a receipt. After they unloaded, I asked if they were done so that I could close our front door. I explained that we have a cat and I’d keep her locked up if they still needed to get in/out, but that if they didn’t, then I’d just as soon close the door and let the cat out so he could access his litter box. Both men assured me that they were done, and indeed, all materials were inside the house. However, after that, I started seeing my damaged floors and expressed concern. One of the men went off on me, says no I was being difficult. The other left the room and came back a short time later. Five minutes later, I felt a breeze and saw that the second man had propped open the front door. He’d taken nothing out and came back with nothing in hand...but it was clear from their look exchange what purpose it served, and it made me sick. At that point, he again demanded cash, and I started to fear for my safety, being home alone with them, so I gave them the money and got them out of there. Not only will I never patronize this business, I will NEVER patronize any furniture company that contracts with this business for delivery! Absolutely AWFUL!
